MacBook Air 12" A1534 Display Repair in HSR Layout, Bangalore

Signs your MacBook Air 12" A1534 needs display repair

If you notice any of the following with your Apple MacBook Air 12" A1534, book a free diagnosis in HSR Layout — catching it early keeps the repair simple.

• A crack or ink-like blotch spreading from one point, often after the lid was closed on something
• Vertical or horizontal lines, or bright bands along the bottom edge
• A black screen while the MacBook still chimes, lights the keyboard or shows on an external monitor
• Flicker, or a backlight that cuts out when the lid is opened past a certain angle
• Dark or uneven patches, or stage-light pools along the bottom of the screen
• A picture that only appears when the lid is at one position

How Fixkart repairs it in HSR Layout

1. 1Free diagnosis, including an external-monitor test, to confirm the fault is the display and not the graphics or logic board
2. 2The damaged display is removed and a replacement matched to your exact {model} fitted
3. 3The lid, hinges and display cable are checked, since a worn cable causes the same symptoms as a failed panel
4. 4Brightness, colour, the camera and sleep-on-close are tested, with the lid moved through its full range
5. 5You check the screen yourself before you pay

MacBook displays are thin and sit very close to the keyboard, so anything left between them — a camera cover, a pen cap, a grain of grit — can crack the panel when the lid is closed. The right display depends on the exact model, so have the model number from the underside of your MacBook Air 12" A1534, or from Apple menu > About This Mac, when you book. A picture that works on an external monitor means the MacBook itself is healthy and only the display needs attention.
