1-Year Repair Warranty

Every Fixkart repair comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labour. If the same issue recurs, we fix it for free — no questions asked.

What's Covered

Same issue recurring within 1 year of repair

Part failure due to manufacturing defect

Workmanship issues caused by our technician

Screen replacement defects (dead pixels, touch issues)

Battery not holding charge after replacement

What's Not Covered

Physical damage after repair (drops, cracks)

Water damage after repair

New issues unrelated to the original repair

Software issues or data loss

Damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs

How to Claim Your Warranty

    Contact us within 1 year of your original repair date

    Provide your booking ID or registered mobile number

  3. 3

    Describe the issue — our team will verify it's covered

  4. 4

    We'll schedule a free re-repair at your doorstep

Important Notes

  • • Warranty is valid from the date of original repair
  • • Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original customer only
  • • Fixkart reserves the right to inspect the device before approving a warranty claim
  • • Warranty does not cover consumable parts like screen protectors
  • • For Apple devices, warranty applies to OEM-quality parts used by Fixkart
